Enroll to allow self-service password reset and account unlock. To enroll you must know your password, your account must not be locked, and you must answer several questions.
Answer three (3) questions, then select Next.
Choose questions to which only you know the answers. You will need to enter the same answers whenever you reset your password or unlock your account.
